We have developed a unique form of educational tool for physician and non-physician providers by allowing direct viewing of monthly conferences referred to as GrandRounds. Traditionally, GrandRounds have been used as primary teaching tools for physicians in training, consultant physicians and other health providers interested in taking away those “pearls of wisdom” for self improvement , enhancement of individual practice and to keep updated with the constant evolving metamorphosis of medical practice. We provide web design and development but also hosting on our streaming server which is able to change data-transfer rates to the end user automatically during playback. Translated, the user does not have to wait for more than 10 seconds in order to view live or archived streaming events.
We are very proud of our microsoft team who has developed unique software for synchronization of the video event with the powerpoint presentation content.

This has become our favorite website design and development project so far. It doesn't look that big on the surface, but when you really take a good look at all of the features the site provides, you begin to realize how big of a website development project this really is. And, considering the scope, the site is still very user friendly.
The goal of this project is to get all Christians with different backgrounds and ages together and spread the gospel of God through direct transmission of live services from different churches. This site has its own independent search engine: not massive, but yet very powerful. It can fetch several billion pages per month, maintain an index of those pages, search that index at speeds up to 1,000 times per second, and provide highly relevant search results, all while operating at a minimal cost.
The most unique feature of this site is that it allows users to watch unlimited broadcasts of live church services. it allow allows churches to start direct broadcasts of live services with basically no investment. All users have to do is select which service he/she wants to watch. The page for the selected church service opens with the video displayed at the top of the page and the selected church's website home page displayed in the middle.
Part of the development for this website involved building highly advanced blogging features using Joomla (in our opinion, one of the most powerful open source content management systems available worldwide.)
A weather information tool was also developed. Users can just enter their zip code to received detailed weather forecasts. Registered users receive automatically updated weather reports for their zip code.
You'll also want to check out the Photo club on this site. It's a place for people who can not imagine their lives without photography. We used a very appealing structure for the page when we designed this area. Users can see the picture of the day (calculated based on the number of votes cast for that photo), recently added photographs, and the top 50 and top 100 pictures on the site.
The Gallery section was designed with a family-oriented theme and was designed to allow users to create and share family albums online. Users can create an album of pictures and movies inside a gallery. Albums can be within other albums and can be individually customized with their own set of permissions that specify who may and may not modify or contribute to an album's contents. Albums can even be hidden to only allow logged in or specific users to access the album or to even see that it exists. Albums can also be easily watermarked. The Gallery supports over 30 languages from which to choose and you can specify how these languages are presented to users.
The Classifieds section was designed and developed according to the client's specifications and includes these features: featured ads, front page classifieds gallery, bold and highlighted ads, paid/free ad images, classified ad extensions that allow ads to run an additional day at a time for an administrator-specified fee, Buy Now options, and built-in ad management with support for both text and banner ads.

Magic Feelings is an international dating web site. Boss Design provided exclusive and professional web design services that included custom graphics, including custom logos, icons, buttons, and backgrounds. No templates or clip art were used for the graphics - they were all designed from scratch. Our website developers provided PHP programming modules that communicate with a MySQL 3.23.x database on a Windows operating system. A content management system (CMS) was developed that includes a Statistics module. This CMS module allows the client to easily update the website site from anywhere there is an Internet connection available. It provides the ability to upload files, edit text, and add or remove items from the client's products database. The Statistics nodule also provides web traffic analysis to measure website traffic using a variety of parameters, including days, weeks, months or years. Our developers also created a secure/protected members areas with Login/Logout, Sign up, Profile creation and management, password reminders that work in conjunction with the email system and an automatic image/video resizing utility for photos/movies that are uploaded as part of a user's profile. This part of the project also involved the development of a "Block user" function that allows a member to block other members from sending them messages or finding their profile in a search. Other features include a User's contact list with internal messages or/and e-mail notification, a 2-way "matching system" with e-mail and instant messages notification, an advanced search function that includes multi-variable search options, such as fast search, full search etc.; state, education, country, city, race, religion, height, weight, age, ZIP search etc., "Featured profile" functionality, a "Who is online" feature that shows which members are currently logged in, and a Payment section that includes real-time credit card/check payment processing, phone and fax order processing, and more. |
